The Adcock Brothers Support Staff is essential to support staff to daily office operations. This role supports the office by handling the day-to-day administrative assistance responsibilities as they coincide with the front desk position to ensure a smooth and efficient office flow.
Job Responsibilities :
- Providing quality attention to front office visitors dropping off units for sale
- Support other staff members by working collaboratively as a team player.
- Collect payments from customers.
- Receive phone calls, transfer and take messages.
- Manage Mail/Express packages and shipments
- Confirm appointments and follow-up on office tasks
- Update computer data systems information.
- Assist staff with office filing tasks including billing, titles, and mailings.
- Other duties assigned by management
- Basic computer skills are necessary to complete daily tasks.
- A basic understanding of the internet is necessary as the software is web-based.
