Assistant Data Entry Clerk

Summary:

The Adcock Brothers Support Staff is essential to support staff to daily office operations. This role supports the office by handling the day-to-day administrative assistance responsibilities as they coincide with the front desk position to ensure a smooth and efficient office flow.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Providing quality attention to front office visitors dropping off units for sale
  • Support other staff members by working collaboratively as a team player.
  • Collect payments from customers.
  • Receive phone calls, transfer and take messages.
  • Manage Mail/Express packages and shipments
  • Confirm appointments and follow-up on office tasks
  • Update computer data systems information.
  • Assist staff with office filing tasks including billing, titles, and mailings.
  • Other duties assigned by management

Skills:

  • Basic computer skills are necessary to complete daily tasks.
  • A basic understanding of the internet is necessary as the software is web-based.
