Dispatcher – Company Fleet

Adcock Transport is growing, and we’re looking for a Fleet Dispatcher to keep our company trucks running smoothly. This role is all about coordinating schedules, supporting drivers, and ensuring on-time deliveries. What You’ll Do

• Assign and schedule loads for company trucks
• Support drivers with real-time communication and solutions
• Track equipment and monitor on-time delivery
• Communicate with driver and fleet manager for maintenance schedules
• Update and manage load information in our TMS
• Work with customers to confirm appointments and requirements
• Keep operations compliant, efficient, and safe
• Be available to assist drivers as needed after hours, weekends, and holidays
  

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Computer and TMS knowledge (or willingness to learn)
• Familiarity with DOT regulations a plus
• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior dispatch or transportation experience preferred
