Pay Range: $50,000 – $100,000+ (Commission-Based Potential)

Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team in the Nashville, TN and Manheim, PA regions. This full-time, on-site role plays a critical part in driving growth by generating new business, managing key client relationships, executing sales strategies, and representing Adcock’s diverse services across the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new customer acquisition and increase retention of existing clients
- Promote Adcock Brothers’ full suite of automotive services to dealerships, auctions, and industry partners
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies aligned with company objectives
- Negotiate vehicle purchases and sales with transparency and integrity
- Represent the Adcock brand at auctions, networking events, and dealership visits
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Support the marketing team in creating and implementing local initiatives
- Provide timely updates and reporting on sales pipeline and performance
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or account management
- Experience in the automotive, transportation, or remarketing industry preferred
- Ability to analyze market trends, overcome objections, and close deals
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing sales pipelines
- Self-motivated, driven, and achievement-focused with a positive, team-first mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment
- Proficient in CRM tools and other sales-related software (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not required)
